Last year was a slow year.

I seems to have lost the momentum that I had 2 years back.

My life fell into a work, take care of thing, and work more world.

I did a few fun events... Had t-day dinner with friends at 8200 feet. (A first for me.)

Met some really awesome people. And lost some close people.

This coming year I wat to focus on doing the thing I like to do, and to find fun people to do them with.

Unfortunately... I still know only 2 people that will sit in a car and experience the thunder of a DC-10 @ 50 feet... but one of them is in Canada, and the other no longer has the time...

I want to get my bike running again...

Wish you all good luck this year, and for more to come...

-Ang3l

So, sometime last month I finally change the door locks, something I have not had to do in several years.

In the past few weeks I have gone back and forth on the idea of unchanging the locks, but as more time went on I felt much more secure with my decision.

Ann needs a muffler, and I blew the clutchline on Joannette. My house is much quieter... But you can still here a thud at 3am when one of the snaked falls off a branch. I now have 3 jars of sea monkeys to add the the already taxing collection.

Digit and Byte have new guardian. They where telling me just the other day how happy they where by wondering around there tank and not just sitting under there rock all day.

I have not yet gotten back into the party party party lifestile... But my house is much cleaner then it has been in years.

With the dispersement of assets, my house has opened up to allow a wall big enough that I can now play with my glow in the dark basket ball. I also got a new set a blades while I was in Washington a month or so back, and want to get back into blading at 3am. The jetskis are no more... But that is good, they each had there own quirks that made me dislike them.

I do not have to much to add now. But as I think of things I will let you know.

PS. If anyone has any open-minded female friend that are looking to spend some time in Huntington Beach, Ca... let me know.

I was on my way home May, 31 and I saw a old bike in the front of someone’s home. $800 obo.

I stopped, I looked. It was a 650.

I though to my self. "650 is larger then I want. Eileen, my NX250, was my best bike. She was great."

The next day, the bike was still there, so I want by and took it for a ride around the block. It was heavy and hard to move on tight turns. Very heavy.

The third day I had a friend look at it. He said it was a nice bike. But I still felt that I want a smaller bike.

So I offered him $500 and left that I would use it, then give it to my friend that is moving to Pahrump, NV.

On June 2nd I picked her up. Joannette is my newest of vehicles.

She and I have been cursing SoCal for a few days now. Long Beach, Irvine, Velencia, HB, not to mention to work and back every day.

Here is one of her sisters: http://www.angelfire.com/ia/z/V65magna.htm

As you can see, she does not look like a 1100. She does not sound like an 1100, but she acts like it!

She rides smooth as glass, even on the 22 that is not being torn up.

She does not do great on gas, ~60kpg currently, but I have only had her for 10 days, so I am still getting the exact numbers.

No no, the kpg is NOT a type-o. Joannette is special since she is from Europe.

She does not have the restrictions that the US made bikes have, and also does not have the CA exhaust stuff to slow her down.

She is my new toy… And I love her already.

So, I spent the weekend before the weekend taxes where due this year doing my taxes...

Wish Ne0n was there to help sort my reciepts...

Got on a plane 4/11 and took off to another fun vacation... Went to New Orleans. Remind me never to go there again unless I have a reason. It was dirty... They do not even know what a JetSki is... The river was worse then the Hudson River... Well, maybe a few less bodies.

But wait...

I was so looking forward to going home, I moved my flight up one day, but could only get a 7:45 am flight. But I would be in ca by 10am :-)!!!

So, I call for a 4am wakup, so I can catch the shuttle thing at 4:30 and get to the airport by 5:30...

But I can't sleep... So 3 PPV movies later it is 4am... I get up, go down to the street.

And wait.

Get the the airport at 6...

And wait. (Ah, a 4 hour sleep on the plane, and I am home in CA...)

And wait...

8AM? Why are we not on the plane?

Seems the Plane did not want to be nice... (200 people run to the ticket counter...) Angry people about the fact that there stuff is on the plane...

I call the airline, and on the phone, as I walk with my caryons to the counter, booking my flight as I walk... Go right to the eticket and print out a ticket for 10am and then go right back to the gates. (amazing how people that needed to get to the same place as I are still on line, shouting... "What do you ment it is sold out" "Tomorrow")

Well, it was not that good... the flight was from there to Charlot NC then a 3 hour wait, and then back to LAX. But it got me home at 6PM... My other option was to return to the hotel and take my flight the next day anyway... NOT!

Did I mention I never slept?

Oh, And on both flights there where children screaming the entire time... NO SLEEP... At 8pm I fell asleep for 18 hours. But I was in CA!

Got up and went to my new chair...

Oh, Got a new swinging chair for outside... Now I can sit and swing... :-)

Smacked the back of some poor saturn with Ann. Ann has a small dent. Gh0st said it can be pulled... I think it gives Ann character. The saturn was totalled... (big cars rule. And eat gas.)

Think I will be missing faire again they year... I just can't get a weekend free to get out to see it.

Cleaned out my house... Only 3 tower computer, 2 desktop, and 4 laptops (5 if you count Ivy's). But that is way better for what I had in the past. And now I can take them out on the swing, and, well, there is a lot more room in the computer room.

And, soon I will get my coutch back from Lyn and then I can have a real office... Kinda.

Like most of the other days, I made yesterday come and go with little glamor.

Maybe I know why I have always had a Jewish friend...

We spent the day hooking up a new overhead projection screen TV. Put an MP3 Plaier in the new vet, rewired his entire video system to allow any of the 11 TV's to access any of the 7 video sources... Tivo, Computer, AlianWare System, Lazerdisk, DVD, VCR, & Broadcast TV.

I tried to talk him out of the LazerDisk, but he insists "I spent $1600", I want it in my collection.

It was a good full day. And I am happy to say it went without excitement... Well, unless you call Matrix at great volumes and size excitement...

Today I want to clean a little around the house.

There are just things that never get done when no one lives at my house. Even the toster gets a layer of dust...

So, Friday the d00d I know through my Galfriend told me of a new club he was opening. I took interest since he said they play music I like and are right down the street from my house.

So...

I must highly recommend you visit the club formerly known as Geckos on Wednesdays.
http://www.liquidloungenightclub.com/

Hope to see you there...
